Kidney Cancer that begins in the kidneys (two bean-shaped organs located behind your abdominal organs). Larynx The larynx is a part of the throat, which contains the vocal cords, that vibrate and make sound when air is directed against them. Liver Cancer that begins in the cells of the liver. The liver is the football-sized organ in the upper right area of the belly. Breast The disease forms when breast cells mutate (change) and multiply uncontrollably, forming a tumor. If untreated, cancerous cells may spread to other parts of the body. Women who have a family history of the disease, who are obese or who have dense breasts have a higher risk of the disease. Symptoms may include a lump, skin changes, nipple discharge and pain. Anal Cancer The disease that forms in the tissues of the anus, the opening at the end of the rectum (where the large intestine ends), which is connected to the outside of the body and through which stool passes. Bladder Bladder cancer is a disease that forms in the bladder, a hollow organ in the pelvis that stores urine before it leaves the body. Esophageal Esophageal cancer is a complex disease that develops when cancer forms in the esophagus, which is the hollow, muscular tube connecting the throat to the stomach. Bone While the disease may occur in any bone in the body, it most often develops in the long bones of the arms and legs. Brain Primary brain tumors originate in the brain and occur as the result of abnormal changes to brain cells, known as mutations. As the cells mutate, they grow and multiply uncontrollably, forming a mass, or tumor. Cancers that have spread (metastasized) to the brain from other locations in the body are known as brain metastases. Brain metastases can be a single tumor or multiple tumors. Multiple Myeloma Pancreatic Childhood Cancer in children up to the age of 14 though it may sometimes be defined to include adolescents aged between 15-19 years old. Lymphoma Oral Ovarian Sarcoma Parotid Penile Cervix Cervical cancer forms in the cervix, the narrow organ at the bottom of the uterus that connects to the vagina. Peritoneal Prostate Gall Bladder / Biliary Cancer that develops in the gallbladder, a small organ below the liver. Biliary tract cancer develops in the slender tubes that carry the digestive fluid bile through the liver. Leukaemia Leukemia is a cancer of blood-forming tissues, including bone marrow. Lung A cancer that begins in the lungs with two major types: non-small cell lung cancer and small cell lung cancer. Rectum Testicular Skin Small Bowel Stomach Thyroid Others Other cancer type that is not list in the categories above. Vaginal / Vulval Uterine Colon A cancer of the colon or rectum, located at the digestive tract’s lower end.
